  Fold the metal disc inside the pack, the liquid will start crystallize. After the liquid turns into crystals completely, the hot pack is ready for use.
  

  To reuse the hot pack, please place the pack in boiling water with cloth to prevent it from contacting the bottom of the pot. Heat it about 10 minutes or until the crystals are completely dissolved.
